1. Manage warehouse specialist, coordinators and forklift driver and assess their performances. Develop assessing criteria according to department KPI.

Cross trains and assists with back up clerks when necessary.

2. As Baxter's authorized representative to manage 3PL service, including

outside warehouse /replenishment / loading & unloading service in plant, all WH operation complies with SOPs, GMPs, safety rules and regulations, and

departmental procedures to ensure plant operation smoothly.

5. Planning and manage daily work of warehouse. Be with responsibility with continuous improvement of warehouse process

6. On time finish weekly/monthly/yearly warehouse stock-taking. Prepare related warehouse monthly reports and annual budget plan.

7. Ensure and work in comply with all EHS aspects.
