OverviewXbox is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI driven documentation, learning resource strategy, and localization for our global Xbox developer audience. This role is pivotal in scaling developer education and platform documentation using cutting-edge AI tools while ensuring the highest quality content experience across our ecosystem. As a key leader on the Xbox Product Planning and Release team, you will drive the evolution of our content infrastructure, partner closely with engineering and product teams, and introduce modern, AI-enhanced workflows that support developers building on Xbox platforms. ResponsibilitiesTransform Xbox learning documentation leveraging AIDevelop and manage comprehensive RoB for developer documentation and learning resource updatesOversee triage of developer documentation feedback; continuously evaluate and improve documentation based on feedback and analyticsCollaborate with engineering, design, product, and marketing teams to understand documentation needs and prioritize for highest impact and efficiencyReview documentation processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality leveraging existing best practices and evolving leverage AIDrive AI documentation excellence - spearhead evaluation and deployment of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI) to assist with content creation, QA, translation, and legacy updates; define clear goals, integrate AI into CI/CD doc pipelines, and measure usage impactPrimary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program/project progress focused on documentation, learning, and localizationBuild and maintain roadmap of projects' release criteria, ensuring requirements are metDrive and support team Rhythm of Business across planning and execution motionsEmbody our Culture & Values | |
