ResponsibilitiesAs you independently develop a government compliance program strategy and process, you will run existing tools to execute compliance tasks. You'll also provide requirements for building out tools and processes needed to develop marketing-leading compliance products. You will define controls by identifying potential failure points, independently ensuring routine and complex issues are fixed. You'll also test controls to determine if they are effective, using your own judgment to identify areas to improve.Collaborating across teams, you will ensure the same compliance standards are applied evenly as you educate teams on compliance requirements. You'll also develop compliance metrics and audit issues and consult on remediation for reports.You will conduct routine and complex assessments by reviewing documentation and monitoring results. You'll also analyze information to understand what stakeholders can do differently, collaborate with the team to remediate gaps, and drive efficiency for programs.Managing clearance activities for customer clearances, assisting with Facility Security Offcer (FSO), Contractor Specialist Security Officer (CSSO) related activities.The successful applicant will work with some of Microsoft's most important, most demanding customers and partners and will be responsible for all aspects of our services business including: customer satisfaction, services delivery, and operations.Develop and evaluate requests from clearances, facility accreditations and contract security requirements and drive them from start to finish.
