Lead Porter (Full-time) - Overnight Shift

This position is for 3rd shift; Sunday night-Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am.

The Lead Porter manages cleaning the warehouse, offices, hallways, lobby, break room, rest rooms, corridors and other work areas and supports supervisor when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Leads the department in the absence of the Supervisor

* Empties trash containers and transports waste to disposal area

* Replenishes bathroom and break room supplies

* Keeps walkways clean

* May perform light maintenance, operate shredder and baler

* Assists in training other Associates

* Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and/or cGMP guidelines

* Maintains a clean and orderly work area

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

* Prior porter experience in a manufacturing, packaging or warehouse environment required

* Basic mathematical skills

* Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions in English

* Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc. within a manufacturing or warehouse environment

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.27-$25.61. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
