Overview

This role supports the Ground Operations team by analyzing departmental performance, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The position involves maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing administrative support to drive efficiency across sub-departments.



Responsibilities

    Analyze Ground Operations performance utilizing the Ground Operations Programs in partnership with department managers.
  • Develop an understanding of each Ground Operations sub-department work and responsibilities along with the key performance indicators for those workflows.
  • Work in company programs to review, validate, and translate Ground Operations information.
  • Work in the Ground Operations Veoci program to review performance and ensure appropriate utilization levels are met.
  • Review Ground Operations vendor discrepancies to ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Identify inefficiencies in Ground Operation performance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance measures and reports
  • Perform administrative duties related to performance to ensure Ground Operations employees and sub-departments are efficient and effective.
  • Monitor and review Ground Operations information to support decision-making and highlight key departmental issues.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Programs & Administration


Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required in a similar role, aviation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in enterprise tools including Veoci preferred.
  • Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of airline operations preferred.

Salary Range: $52,500-71,000
