Team Summary: Within Nintendo of America (NOA)'s Product Testing department, this position will partner with Language QA in leading project coordination needs. Responsibilities include coordinating testing efforts for software/games at Nintendo, as well as facilitating projects and testing activities from planning through launch, ensuring schedules, deadlines and milestone expectations are met. Supports the review and validation of documentation and decisions for projects, including schedules, test plans, task assignments, and resource allocation.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

* Manages a project from planning through launch with limited supervision and guidance.

* Coordinates two or more projects with some independence.

* Reviews and monitors all project communications with internal and external business partners.

* Plans, develops, and evaluates workflow and process standards for all projects.

* Consults with peers and testing partners to gather data and observations to gauge the efficacy of testing for each assigned project.

* Provides project oversight to ensure deliverables are obtained on schedule.

* Collaborates with partners in Japan (NCL), to ensure all project teams are aligned and project timelines and objectives are met.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

* 1-3 years of project leadership experience.

* 2-4 years of game testing experience.

* Experience working with global teams is preferred.

* Experience with language QA a plus

* Associate's Degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base pay range of $33.27 - $52.22 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
