SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an Assistant MEP Project Manager that will be responsible for providing analysis, management, and resolution for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Perform cost control and financial management
Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive
Provide direction to the project team for safe and timely project completion
Manage subcontractors and suppliers for the project
Other duties as assigned, including:
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days.
