Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week The Corporate Development & Strategy (CD&S) team works closely with the New York Life senior leadership to generate market and business insights, drive strategy development and execution of strategic initiatives, and enable senior leadership decision making. The CD&S group is composed of teams focused on strategic planning, internal strategy consulting, market and competitive intelligence, enterprise relationship management, and mergers & acquisitions. The New York Life Markets and Competitive Intelligence team is focused on generating market- anddata-driven insights to inform New York Life business strategy. Our team analyzes market and competitive intelligence in partnership with business and enterprise leaders to deliver information and insights to support management perspectives, planning, and decision making. We areseeking a highly qualified individual to join us as a New York City-based Market Intelligence Research Director who has excellent analytical research capabilities, robust strategy and financial services industry expertise, and strong presentation skills.As a member of the CD&S team, you will be a part of a group of highly skilled professionals withstrong academic credentials and professional backgrounds in financial services, management consulting, and investment banking. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$180,500-$258,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
