CERTIFICATION AND INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PDP FACILITATOR
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred


Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced and professional Certification and Instructor Development PDP Facilitator to support instructor certification and professional development training programs in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role focuses on the design, delivery, and management of training aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. The facilitator will ensure JIOC instructors, adjuncts, and facilitators meet DoD and DIA certification standards and will support implementation of individual professional certification programs aligned to USD(I&S) and DIA training initiatives. This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, and update courses related to instructor professionalism and certification
  • Deliver training that ensures compliance with DIA and DoD instructor certification and qualification standards
  • Provide adjunct instruction for DIA's "Introduction to Facilitating Learning" course and related training
  • Integrate industry best practices in adult education, distance/distributed learning, and emerging learning technologies
  • Administer and support USD(I&S) professional certification programs relevant to ITOC functions, including Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification, Certified DoD All-Source Analyst-I, Joint Intelligence Planner Proficiency Level 1 (JIP-1), and Certified Collection Management Professional-Fundamental (CCMP-F)
  • Provide proctoring support for certification exams
  • Support future certifications/licenses as introduced via the evolving DIA Talent Management System
  • Lead instructor training and qualification initiatives incorporating DoD and IC training models and technology platforms
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in the intelligence field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an intelligence specialist within DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting development and implementation of DoD and IC training programs, including DIA and USD(I&S) certifications such as JIP-1, CDASA, CCMP, and DIA Instructor Certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing, delivering, and managing instructor training programs, including integration of web and distance learning platforms
  • Experience applying best practices for faculty qualification and professional development
Desired Qualifications
  • 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in instructor development or certification, including operational or strategic assignments within the INDOPACOM AoR
  • Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
  • Intelligence experience within INDOPACOM
  • Qualified to teach DIA-certified courses
  • DIA Learning Management System (LMS) administrative experience
  • Current certification under DIA's Instructor Certification Standards (Certified Instructor)
