PLANNING PDP FACILITATOR Location: Honolulu, Hawaii \| Type: Full-Time \| Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Planning PDP Facilitator to design and deliver advanced joint intelligence planning training in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) mission objectives. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, this role develops, implements, and maintains instruction aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards to support the orchestration of Department of Defense intelligence planning efforts. The position supports joint planning, campaign and contingency operations, and Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) alignment. This role operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and instruct training courses on joint intelligence planning across all levels from introductory to expert Support intelligence planning aligned with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning frameworks Teach development of intelligence concepts of operations, requirements definition, and intelligence objectives for campaign and contingency planning Address integration of policy, strategy, operations research, and systems analysis (ORSA) in support of joint planning Deliver training applicable to Theater/Operational-level planning and operations, including the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Support workforce development for personnel without Intermediate or Senior Service College experience Emphasize course content on COA analysis, wargaming, modeling and simulation, and risk management Tailor training to the intelligence and planning challenges specific to the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in joint intelligence planning Experience as a trained and certified instructor Desired Qualifications 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in planning, including assignments at operational or strategic levels within the INDOPACOM AoR Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor Experience with JOPES, MDMP, and operational-level planning processes Familiarity with operations research, wargaming, simulation, and risk management in joint environments Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this position will be determined based on experience, qualifications, contract requirements, and the position's geographic locality.
