Location: Honolulu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI - CI Poly Preferred


Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support Student Services, Registrar, and Training Support functions in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position plays a critical role in managing student records, training logistics, classroom operations, and support services for the ITTAP training mission. The position ensures smooth execution of training delivery by managing enrollment, facility coordination, student access, and Learning Management System (LMS) data. This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, manage, and maintain student records and oversee registration and enrollment functions
  • Support classroom scheduling, IT systems, facilities, and resource availability to ensure effective learning environments
  • Provide administrative support for students and instructors, including security clearance processing, badging, systems access, and materials coordination
  • Manage facility operations and ensure maximum availability and uptime of ITTAP classrooms and systems
  • Utilize AGILE or other government-designated learning management systems (LMS) to track registration, attendance, and course completion
  • Ensure all student records and training data are entered accurately and in a timely manner to support audit readiness and compliance
  • Support ongoing coordination with training staff, security personnel, and IT specialists to maintain seamless operational support
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of DoD or military experience in the training or education field
  • Experience with student records management, classroom coordination, and training support functions
Desired Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of DoD or military experience in training or education, including assignments in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility
  • Familiarity with training environments, security processes, and LMS platforms such as AGILE
  • Relevant IT, security, or vendor certifications applicable to educational or training support operations
Compensation & Benefits
