Our client is looking for a Creative Designer to assist their advertising team!
This is assignment is for 8 months at 30-40 hours/week and fully remote. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact creative advertising campaigns, from brief intake through final delivery, ensuring brand alignment, creative quality, and timely execution. - Demonstrated expertise across static, motion, video, and interactive formats, being an expert in Photoshop and with expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator) and Figma. - Proven track record of concepting, storyboarding, and developing visually compelling campaigns that meet both advertiser objectives and brand standards. - Skilled collaborator with experience working cross-functionally across creative, content, marketing, product, and ad sales teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments. - Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, including asset fulfillment, motion design, and multi-platform adaptation, with meticulous attention to detail in typography, layout, and motion timing. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and iterating quickly to adapt to shifting campaign needs and feedback. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80-100/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
