We're hiring a Maintenance Technician in Florence, KY, for this dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Schedules Available: 2nd shift and 3rd shift Pay: $30 - $35/hr. Essential Tasks: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, or adjust company equipment. Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed. Monitor and service plant support systems (boiler, waste neutralization, air compressors, water processing, powder silo, etc.) and production equipment. Assist Plant Engineer with layouts and purchasing of new capital assets. Support snow removal from doors, walks, roofs, and docks. Respond to plant security and safety system needs. Order parts and accessories. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or related maintenance role Strong mechanical and electrical experience and knowledge Fabrication and/or welding skills a plus This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
