Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Home Inspector in the Tempe, AZ area. The certified home inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough home inspections in compliance with the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors, as established by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. Pay rate is based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspecting heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Evaluating roofs, attics, crawl spaces, foundations, exterior surfaces, and structural components. Reviewing interior features including walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, and appliances. Documenting safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Preparing and delivering complete written inspection reports with photographs within five (5) business days of booking. Job Requirements / Qualifications All inspectors must be certified by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) and have successfully passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE). 3-5 years' experience. 2 years of municipal experience.
