The Associate Space Planner role is responsible for supporting the Space Planning Manager with a focus on space planning initiatives across various projects, including annual resets, assortment optimization, and adherence to merchandising standards. Space planning is a core competency of Category and Market Insights Team. The Expertise in JDA Space Planning software, data analysis, Power BI reporting, and high-level Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) will contribute to your success. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expertly analyze data (customer, market, and internal system) and maximize the financial impact of space planning efforts. Develop proficiency in JDA software to efficiently execute space planning tasks. Maintain a comprehensive repository of all space planning projects, ensuring accurate records. Knowledge of Power BI hierarchy to create data-driven solutions. Leverage high-level Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, etc.) for efficient data manipulation and reporting. Proficiency in managing Access Databases. Share best practices with the team to enhance overall capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 1+ year of experience working in an analytical field analyzing large data sets required 2+ years progressively responsible work experience, with strong preference in the beverage or fast-moving CPG industry preferred Experience identifying trends/opportunities within data reporting required #LI-AI1 Come and join our Sparkling team!
