Providing for the safe and timely transport of pediatric patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility, this role allows for our pediatric care services to run fluently and efficiently throughout the MultiCare facility. As a Transporter at MultiCare, you will collaborate with the entire nursing staff, hone your decision-making capacities, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities. Responsibilities You will provide assistance to units by maintaining cleanliness and stocked supplies Partner with a service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacities You will effectively prioritize and organize as you move between work tasks and functions Requirements Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program High school graduate or equivalent preferred Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS) Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Five (5) years of pediatric transport or related inpatient pediatric healthcare experience Why Mary Bridge Children's? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $27.53 - $45.49 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
