Dress Code: Business Casual *Job Description* We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and respectful experience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet patients professionally and respectfully * Perform considerable data entry of patient information * Process cash sales using a moderately complex system * Dispense medical equipment (e.g., rollators, walkers, canes, bath safety items) * Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling * Handle email correspondence as needed *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic setting *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* Join a supportive team where your contributions directly impact patient care and comfort.
