We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative S&OP Analyst to join our global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Distribution Center (DC) replenishment process across all international DCs. The analyst will play a key role in reviewing safety stock (SS) levels, identifying and communicating supply constraints, and ensuring alignment with the broader Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Key Responsibilities: DC Replenishment Management: *Monitor and manage replenishment plans for all international distribution centers. *Ensure timely and accurate product flow to meet service level targets and inventory goals. Safety Stock Review: * Regularly review and analyze safety stock levels across DCs. * Recommend adjustments based on demand variability, lead times, and service level objectives. Supply Constraint Coordination: * Collaborate with Supply Planners to identify and resolve supply constraints. * Escalate critical issues and propose mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply. Pipeline & Product Availability: * Work closely with the S&OP team to review pipeline deals, new product introductions, and product availability. * Provide visibility into potential risks and opportunities related to inventory and supply. IBP Integration: * Support the integration of replenishment planning into the broader IBP process. * Contribute to monthly S&OP and IBP cycle meetings with data-driven insights and scenario analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment. * Act as a liaison between regional DC operations and global S&OP functions. Item Master Data Management: * Maintain and update item master data and system attributes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards Minimum Requirements:

The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
