The Material Handler is responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the receiving, staging, returning, shipping, storage, destruction, and inventory management of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. 1. Unpacks and checks material received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received material, and rejects unsatisfactory items according to procedural requirements. 2. Picks and stages material for Production work orders. 3. Picks, stages, and packs material for shipments. 4. Performs cycle counts, item verification, consolidation, and transfer of material. 5. May use (but not limited to) power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment. 6. Responsible for adhering to good documentation practices defined by PCI. 7. Posts weights and shipping charges (if applicable) and prepares goods for final shipment. 8. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. 9. Complete daily audits and maintain cleaning logs. 10. Complete real time transactions using the ERP system. 11. Other duties as assigned by Manager / Supervisor / Lead. Required: * 0-1 year Warehouse experience preferred. * HS Diploma or Equivalent. * Physical Requirement: Ability to perform lifting (20 pounds minimum). * Position requires working independently with minimal supervision and the ability to effectively work with teammates and other departments. The base hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 plus annual performance bonus eligibility. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including and not limited to specific and relevant experience, credentials, geography and subject matter expertise.
