*Description*
*Will be a Sr. member of the team, looking for leadership qualities and critical thinking *Governance Team around building process and governance. This position will support the Configuration Management Team, comprised of 5 people (one manager, two process people, and two developers). Overall, they draft data for reporting purposes. This is strategic for bringing in thought leadership in terms of process improvement and building new process and integrating existing process. *Looking for candidates who have consulted with control owners, mapped controls against policies, and collaborated with teams to address gap analysis findings Responsibilities: *Reporting on drift metrics *Baseline compliance metrics *Various processes to support that space *Drive classification of devices (Example: If I drift on a device behind several firewalls vs. finding a drift on an internet edge - identify which is more critical and help solve enhanced exception process. Key Responsibilities for the role *Lead and mature the Configuration Management Governance framework across infrastructure and application platforms. *Oversee annual baseline reviews, new baseline requests, updates, exceptions, and exclusions. *Ensure Cybersecurity reviews include actual baseline settings and confirmations-not just vulnerability scan results. *Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with FFIEC, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and Basel standards. *Develop and enforce policies for CM lifecycle management, including drift detection and remediation. *Facilitate governance reviews and reporting using tools like ServiceNow, SailPoint, and Qualys. *Drive continuous improvement through metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. *Lead training and enablement efforts across teams to promote CM best practices.
