*Hybrid:* 2 days onsite, 3 remote
*Location:* San Luis Obispo, CA Must be open to an 8 hours shift from 7am-8pm PST *What You'll Do:* * Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the friendly, professional voice that customers rely on. Provide courteous and timely support across phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. * Resolve Issues with Confidence: Quickly assess customer concerns, identify solutions, and take ownership of resolving issues or escalating when needed. * Leverage Knowledge Resources: Use internal Knowledge Base articles and SOPs to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring consistent and accurate support. * Provide First-Level Technical Support: Assist with hardware, software, and system access issues, guiding users through processes like equipment requests, relocations, installations, and sign-on support. * Document Everything: Maintain clear and thorough records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the ITSM ticketing system. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with teammates and leadership on support projects, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Stay Organized & Professional: Manage administrative tasks like timesheets, training, and shift changes independently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism whether working remotely or onsite. * Grow with Us: Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation. *What You Bring:* * Required Skills: * 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred; handling 20-30 calls/day) * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English * Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking across calls, tickets, and chat * Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow *Top Skills:* * Call center operations * Customer service and troubleshooting * Technical support and documentation *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
