Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for processing billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers; requests are received by live phone calls, email, mail, and fax. Manages individually assigned work queue in CRM. Assisting managers with team coordination and customers as needed. Creating and engaging projects in accordance with the established processes to ensure contract compliance. Take leadership and ownership of projects and implementing new ones. Help improve processes and efficiencies. Lead, train and inspire other members of the team. Configuration changes (add-ons, upgrades, line termination/cancellations). Full Contract Termination/Cancellation. Platform Migration Configuration Change. Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve in discrepancies. Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders. Assist in the recommendation and development of purchasing policies and procedures. Support the continuous improvement of the supply base. Process orders through database system and ensure the efficient arrival of purchased product.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrates excellent customer service Must be professional, have great attendance, be punctual, have a positive attitude Must possess competent computer skills and be able to multi-task Computer skills must include Advance Excel skills, Word, Outlook, and other ERP experience is preferred as well Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge High School Diploma or Bachelor's or Associate's degree Recent Graduates or about to graduate
