Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll play a critical role in keeping our production of corrugated sheets and boxes running smoothly.

In this role, you'll perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with limited supervision. You'll respond to floor calls, complete work orders, and work closely with production leaders to minimize downtime and ensure seamless shift transitions. From reading blueprints and interpreting sketches to diagnosing PLCs and repairing motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics-you'll be hands-on with a wide range of equipment and systems every day.

Pay Rate: $38 - $43/yr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: 12pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, motors, drives, transformers, and controls
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, electrical circuits, and industrial motor control centers
  • Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on machinery and systems
  • Interpret blueprints, use testing equipment, and apply NEC standards in daily tasks
  • Ensure safe practices, proper PPE use, and immediate reporting of any safety concerns
  • Support efficient shift transitions and assist with miscellaneous job-related duties




What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of related maintenance experience or equivalent training
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & SLC 500, Siemens, and Servo systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot/repair commercial & industrial systems
  • Skilled in using diagnostic equipment for electrical/electronic repairs
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork, with flexibility for daily and weekend OT
