With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Departments of Internal Medicine & Family Medicine are seeking a board eligible/certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Physician with interest, passion, and skill in complex ambulatory adult medicine to join our established and growing Comprehensive Care Clinic practice in Hamtramck, MI. The focus and mission of this specialty clinic is to provide the best comprehensive ambulatory care for our most complex patients. * This position will involve outpatient clinical care - Full spectrum primary care. * Experience with older adults and complex care a plus * Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care. * Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research * Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month. * Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture. * Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles. * Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine * Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required Additional Information
