Join our team as a Sales Process Consultant
This is a temporary engagement of approximately 30-60 days.
The Sales Process Consultant will consolidate current state sales processes that leverage different CRMs into a single core process leveraging a single CRM with a single opportunity framework. This person will consolidate existing steps, while also identifying areas for process optimization, redundancy elimination and gap assessment. Through leveraging feedback from key stakeholders including representation from Sales, Revenue Operations, Global Process and more, the resulting process will be clearly documented and understood by downstream parties leveraging it for CRM and data design requirements.

You Will:
  • Review and thoroughly understand current state processes, including user experience, CRM design and data requirements.
  • Identify critical path items within current state processes to ensure continuity of deliverables in the single Core Process.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts throughout the sales organization to ensure a full comprehension of both internal and external factors relating to process execution.
  • Ensure output deliverables align exactly with format, detail, and structure requirements from identified stakeholders.
  • Leverage a strong Project Management approach to ensure constant communication and clear timelines and deliverables. Regular updates to the Core Team and Steering Committee will be required to ensure full transparency, rapid issue resolution, and enhanced readiness.
  • Leverage expert comprehension of Salesforce CRM to identify opportunities for process optimization leveraging available system capabilities
  • Leverage expert comprehension of process optimization to identify opportunities for process simplification, focusing on maximizing efficiencies in the user experience
What It Takes:
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM including general comprehensions of design, functionality, and integration capabilities
  • Seasoned process builder, with specific focus on Sales Process, Opportunity Management, and Lead Conversion
  • Preferred experience with Global sales organizations, companies with multiple fulfillment models, and working with tiered sales organizations with a mix of transactional and account-oriented selling areas of focus.
Protolabs offers a competitive total rewards package, and compensation mix vary based on position, such as base wage, as well as other earnings including incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, job function, work experience, specialized skills, training, education, and certifications.

Physical Demands:
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear. Work Environment:
Indoors (A/C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions. However, there may be job duties that require the employee to spend time in the manufacturing areas exposed to machinery and noise; eye protection occasionally required. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
