Overview

The Recruiter II position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the Credit Union's employment brand across numerous markets, professional and diverse communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.



Responsibilities

    Develops an effective pipeline of key talent for positions across the company.
  • Consults with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify recruitment needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensures the delivery of an excellent candidate and internal client experience throughout the full- cycle recruiting process.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts through social media and recruitment marketing strategies to help identify and source the right talent at the right time.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources and ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Serves as a Brand Ambassador of Logix and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.
  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Creates and presents interview questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
  • Provides exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting. all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers and include the use of behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
  • Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the Credit Union's guidelines.
  • Communicates complicated benefits plans simply and effectively without the use of jargon to employees who are unfamiliar with this topic.
  • Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • In partnership with the Recruitment Manager conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
  • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Uses a variety of methods to communicate including written, visual, Intranet, and public speaking.
  • Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Work within their team and have a direct impact on themselves and their direct processes.


Qualifications

Education

  • Min/Preferred: Preferred
  • Education Level: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • Description: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related discipline preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2
  • Preferred Years of Experience: 4
  • Comments: Must have at least 2+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
  • Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced high performance recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle average requisition load of 15-25 consistently.
  • Proven experience with Web 2.0 recruitment techniques.
  • Hands on experience with using a server-based applicant tracking system.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • AIRS Certification preferred
  • Use existing tools/processes to solve tasks/issues assigned to them.
