Contracts Administrator - Temp Assignment (through the end of 2025 with potential to extend into 2026 based on business needs)

Hourly range: $25.00 to $30.00 depending on experience.

Are you driven by purposeful work and the opportunity to grow your career? As our Contracts Administrator based in the Lake Forest, CA office you will enjoy making an impact acting as our essential link between clients, sales, operations, and service.

This position will lead, negotiate, manage and report on contract administration activities to ensure customer contractual obligations and company policies are met and to mitigate corporate risk. Personnel responsibilities include preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts and related funding documentation.

What You'll Do



  • Prepare, negotiate, administer and manage service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, manufacturer certificates, insurance and bond requests, insurance certificates, W-9 forms, sales tax exemption and resale certificates and facilitate projects between multiple parties.
  • Maintain boilerplate content with the most recent versions.
  • Manage and facilitate master agreement and statement of work contract renewals, expirations, divestitures, transfer and assumptions and other funding contracted related activities.
  • Collect and analyze usage, rebates and admin fee information and oversee reporting. Manage, audit and report on contractual obligations.
  • Primary point of contact for communicating contractual obligations to cross functional teams for post award activities. Review contract requirements and obligations.
  • Develop, maintain and manage contract summaries, order and funding administration process flows and customer program development activities for awarded contracts.
  • Perform contract research or client research for key terms such as pricing escalation (or other key business term), extraction and notation.
  • Review and process legal and fund documents for enterprise customers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various funding sources, understand required documents, coordination of proper form completion, obtain signatures, facilitate and maintain documents according to internal document retention policies.
  • Create workflow processes and desktop procedures to allow for business continuity with Oracle Sales Contracts module, Docuware and other contract lifecycle management systems and tools.
  • Lead, manage and maintain effective use of the contract management software to aid in contract administration between multiple parties. Identify problems, make recommendations and decisions to resolve issues.
  • Monitor the GEM and ESS/National inbox or other medium for incoming opportunities; route to appropriate sales channel or parties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



Qualifications



  • BA DEGREE PLUS 2 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Working knowledge of contract documents, terminology and definitions.
  • Must be organized, with good written and verbal communication skills, process oriented, analytical, deadline driven, self-starter with ability to resolve problems, make recommendations and decisions and collaborate with others.
  • Demonstrated keyboard skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (primarily Word and Excel). Rudimentary knowledge of Powerpoint and Access desirable.
  • Must have ability to set up and work in manual and electronic filing and database systems (e.g.,Touchpoint, Oracle Sales Contracts, Docuware) for information capture,
    research, documentation and process flow mapping.
