Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join a leading company in Burnsville, MN. Schedule & Pay:



  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • $18 - $20 per hour



What You'll Do:

Handle essential administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, filing, photocopying, and document preparation. Proofread and edit materials with accuracy, use Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks, and provide general office support as needed. A team-oriented mindset and professionalism are key, along with flexibility to assist with light cleaning when necessary.

What We're Looking For:



  • 2-3 years of office/administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
