Are you organized, professional, and ready to grow your administrative career? Staffmark is hiring a Secretary for a local office in Ruston, LA.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone with prior administrative or receptionist experience looking to develop their skills in a supportive office environment.

Pay Rate: $10-$15/hr (based on experience)

Shift Available Only: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do



  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and courteously
  • Organize, file, and maintain important company documents
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed



What We're Looking For



  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience required
  • Experience in an accounting firm is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Eager to learn and grow in an entry-level role
