We are currently seeking a full-time Associate in Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine and Research Physical Therapist for the Programs in Physical Therapy, Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine, at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The primary role of the physical therapist will be to provide assessment and treatment to research patients while also expanding the research-related activities. The candidate should be highly motivated, interested in pediatric neuromuscular disease, have excellent clinical skills, and have an interest in academic research. We are seeking an individual who can establish a strong rapport with children, their families, and the interprofessional healthcare team. The candidate should possess strong assessment skills and be well-versed in the application of evidence-based practice. Effective writing and communication skills are essential. Computer skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
