Job Summary:
NRG's Corporate Strategy team is responsible for defining and developing successful strategies to enhance the business, drive the corporate vision, and meet other high-priority corporate objectives. The team serves as a centralized source of analysis and insight that looks across the entirety of the business to determine appropriate pathways to value. The team also engages in early-stage and emerging opportunity identification, investment and testing to promote sustained value creation and competitive advantage. The Associate, Corporate Strategy will assume a role in a high-visibility team that works alongside NRG's discovery & insights function and other key corporate and business unit teams to define the next several years for NRG. The Corporate Strategy team also houses Consumer Insights and Corporate Venture Capital. In this role, you will:

The base salary range for this position is: $ 90,000 - 100,000* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
