Job Summary: RWJBarnabas Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and self-motivated professional to join our dedicated team. This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations and designing and implementing patient-centered treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing skills. Individual will participate in QI/PI Program and maintenance of policies and procedures. We are looking for a candidate with experience in both neurological and orthopedic conditions, who embodies our core values and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Required: Master's degree or doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an AOTA accredited school of occupational therapy. Preferred: Outpatient Experience Certifications and Licenses Required: New Jersey Occupational Therapy license. BLS Certification Required. (American Heart Association) Successful completion of all orientation Programs.
