In this dynamic role, you'll lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery. You'll be the driving force behind product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and overseeing the development process. Your ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and adapt to evolving demands will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project/program teams to deliver market-ready products.
• Monitor performance, recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource allocation.
• Develop solutions to problems during design and planning phases.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, identify product gaps, and define product requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand market needs and trends.
• Align product strategy with departmental, segment, and organizational objectives.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods, adapting to ambiguous situations as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Six Sigma Certification

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
