Medicare Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Upholding and applying Medicare marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements to all communications.
• Collaborating with the authoring/channel build team to optimize processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and quality.
• Providing meticulous proofreading and ensuring consistency in branding, content, and formatting.
• Recommending and evaluating process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Implementing solutions-focused approaches to problem-solving and minimizing delays.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in communications or proofreading.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently on projects with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to improving consumer experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of Medicare marketing guidelines.
• Healthcare or insurance experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.75 to $41.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
