We are looking for a PMO and Best Practices Lead to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team

What this job involves -

The Global Program Management Office and Best Practices Lead (Global PMO and Best Practices Lead) will drive process improvement and change within the Occupancy Planning team, establishing an overall process flow, accountability, and reporting to drive efficiency and agility within the Client and JLL Occupancy Planning (OP) teams. They will manage the across planners, reporting and space data insights teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading a comprehensive team development work plan to include:

    • New Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) org chart implementation

    • Develop associated job descriptions for each OPM role in the team

    • Develop and drive the implementation of a hiring plan for the combined team (JLL/Client)

    • Develop and drive a staff training curriculum and timeline (playbook, standard operating procedures)

  • Partnering with Client Head of Workplace Strategy to implement space governance plan:

    • Build a comprehensive space governance plan and coordinate governance mechanisms

    • Identify a space governance committee for each BRM for the client, to include all four subsidiary organizations

  • Developing and driving the implementation of standardized occupancy planning materials for OP Projects and ongoing OP/MAC work:

    • Co-lead workshops with the Client Workplace Planning leader and JLL team to drive the creation and approval of standardized processes and documents (OP templates, deliverables, process maps, workflows, and playbooks)

    • Co-lead training on standardized OP processes and documents for the combined Client and JLL OP team.

    • Drive integration between JLL Service lines and client contacts

    • Maintain strong linkage to corporate PMO structures and industry best practices

  • Driving CAFM mobilization timeline and reporting progress

    • Manage implementation of technology roadmap, prioritize CAFM projects, and drive positive outcomes for program improvement

  • Driving OPM performance and reporting:

    • Lead account OP tracking, reporting, and review processes for all occupancy planning components, ensuring timely reporting, analysis, and issue resolution.

  • Supporting Change Management:

    • Working with Client Change Management team, indirectly lead the combined Client and JLL OP team in process and change management, training, and integration

  • Effective utilization of tools and reports by the account team and a PMO that is known for being easy-to-do-business-with.

  • Seamless integration across service lines and functions, supported by robust reporting, analytics processes, and accurate data for effective decision-making.

Educational Requirements -

  • Expert level of understanding and knowledge of occupancy planning methods and practices

  • Bachelor's Degree in addition to a broad range of business experience.

  • MBA or similar post-graduate studies preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

185,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
