Location Designation:Hybrid - 4 days per week NYL Investors LLC was formed in October 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company with the primary responsibility for managing the fixed income and real estate assets of New York Life and other strategic partners. With over 300 professionals, the organization manages over $300 billion of assets under management, through three investment groups. Overview of Role: NYL Investors is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate (PF3) to join the Bank Loan & CLO Operations team. This role is designed for a subject-matter expert (SME) in CLO operations, who brings hands-on experience across the servicing lifecycle and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to grow within Investment Services. The role requires close interaction with Traders, High Yield Analysts, Trustees, Agent Banks, Fund Accounting, Technology partners, and various internal stakeholders. The PF3 will also help mentor junior team members and drive automation and efficiency across systems such as Wall Street Office (WSO), BlackRock Aladdin, and other downstream systems. What You'll Do:

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
