Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. The AML/CFT Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the organization's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism program. This role involves developing and/or challenging Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and supporting the creation of the enterprise AML and Sanctions Risk Assessments on a periodic basis. This role also entails analyzing data and providing guidance to business units on AML/CFT compliance. The officer will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime risks while maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in 6+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or related field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in 6+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or related field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems Preferred Qualifications: Here are some examples of possible preferred qualifications, but you can add your own or only use some of what is below.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
