Your Impact
You will join our Global Service Center in Phoenix as part of Visual Graphics & Media's Account Coordination team.
You will support our teams by managing graphical strategies for some of the firm's most complex projects and oversee their organization in accordance to internal processes, best practices, service delivery agreements and departmental guidelines.
As part of the team, you will be focusing on building relationships with our clients to support and accelerate their needs, open possibilities for their projects and be a direct partner to them, leveraging skills in project management and communications to actively guide them to navigate our services and coordinate their requirements.
You will also collaborate with other regional and global coordinators, leaders and colleagues across various teams, to ensure process development and service improvement. Your qualifications and skills
  • 2+ years of experience in client service or customer relations; ability to build and maintain strong relations, demonstrated expertise in applying customer service mindset
  • 2+ years of experience in business, administration or project management; analytical and organizational skills, strong trajectory of problem solving and solution orientation
  • Mastery of stakeholder management; adaptable to a fast-paced project environment; excellent ability to manage multiple complex projects globally, over varying timelines; willingness to learn and share knowledge across teams
  • Experience and knowledge in design related field is an advantage; excited to work closely with designers, creative roles and media related products
  • Excited to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a distinct level of confidentiality
  • Willingness and availability in the eventuality of travel
  • Strong skills in written and spoken English communications, strong knowledge in communications strategies and approaches, effective negotiation skills and empathic delivery

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
