Summary:
The Senior Application Support Specialist role is responsible for supporting the ambulatory and practice management application supports needs. This may include functionality and training to support operations, development and implementation of a quality assurance process to include practice outreach and support end user needs by serving as the primary application support resource for practice operations This role will lead/mentor team members, lead/facilitate team meetings and manage/track project status for the department.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience/training required.
  2. License/Certifications: Credentialed in a minimum of two EPIC focused modules required.
  3. Experience: Three years of applications support specialist experience required with two years in a healthcare related field. Valid Driver's license required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Facilitation and presentation skills to small and large audiences.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
