Bright Horizons is seeking a dynamic Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules as well as our UKG WFM Time Keeping systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with a passion for translating complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, Workforce, UKG, or other assigned portfolio assets).

  • Function as a business partner with the global HR organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support.

  • Responsible for gathering requirements, preparing, and executing test scripts, providing level 1-2 support to HR and business users, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.

  • Assists in the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation and UKG Time Tracking under the direction of senior team members.

  • Responsible for assisting with Data Management activities including performing data audits and manual cleanup work across all HR Systems.

  • Responsible for the creating and maintenance of custom reports under the direction of senor team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in HRIS and HR technology roles, with a strong focus on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Workday and UKG systems to support organizational efficiency and data integrity is Required

  • Associate's Degree is Required (3 years of additional experience above would be considered in lieu of applicable degree)

  • At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • Proven experience with Workday in designing and documenting HRIS solutions to support senior team members and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong business analysis capabilities, including timeline planning, requirements gathering and documentation, and test planning with successful execution of test cases.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders across all organizational levels

  • Experience supporting HRIS systems across international regions including the US and UK, Experience supporting Australia is a plus.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong aptitude for leveraging tools such as Workday Community to investigate issues and deliver effective, well-researched solutions.

  • Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of other MS tools

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $82,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
