As our Vice President of Core Systems & Development, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. Reporting to the Chief Core Systems Officer (CCSO), you'll lead a talented team and shape the vision for how technology powers every part of our business - from the Symitar core to cloud, data, and digital transformation. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. It's a build, scale, and transform opportunity. What You'll Do Set the course: Build the enterprise-wide technology roadmap that drives innovation, growth, and impact. Lead the change: Drive digital transformation initiatives that make banking smarter, faster, and more human. Inspire your team: Lead and mentor IT and development professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. Move fast, scale smart: Oversee system design, integrations, and major projects with an agile, future-forward mindset. Shape the future: Influence enterprise-wide decision-making, bringing fresh ideas and emerging tech into the conversation. What You Bring 10+ years of IT leadership in financial services or a related tech-forward industry. Deep expertise with Jack Henry Symitar (Episys, Enterprise Workflow, Synergy, Synapsys). Proven success delivering digital transformation and systems integration at scale. Visionary thinking balanced with operational excellence - you can dream it and deliver it. A collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership style that thrives in fast-moving environments. Strong knowledge of SQL-based systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with cloud, RPA, and workflow automation technologies.
