Position Summary Charlotte FC is committed to positively impacting our communities across the Carolinas through initiatives that Grow the Game (expanding access to soccer), Serve Those Who Serve (supporting teachers, healthcare workers, military and first responders) and strive for Mint Condition (promoting holistic well-being). We are seeking an inclusive and collaborative Community Engagement Manager to partner across departments in developing and executing community initiatives. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Local travel to events may be required. This position typically works approximately 40 hours per week.
