CNC Machinist

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform tooling changes, machine offsets, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Work with engineers and supervisors to improve production and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (lathe and mill required).
• Skilled in blueprint reading and precision measurement.
• Solid understanding of G-code and M-code; basic programming experience a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
