Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the operationalization of our commercial and go-to-market (GTM) processes. This role will be critical in orchestrating go to market efforts, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products and services reach the market efficiently and effectively. The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in maturing operational processes, mitigating risks, and accelerating time-to-value for customers and the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate AI go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Serve as a business expert and strategic advisor on AI go-to-market programs efficacy and success.
• Design, implement, and mature scalable operational processes that enable efficiency, repeatability, and transparency across the AI & Operational Analytics business unit and in partnership with cross-functional business units.
• Partner with AI & Operational Analytics, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of go to market strategies.
• Identify, assess, and proactively address risks that could impact go to market timelines, budgets, or outcomes.
• Streamline processes and remove bottlenecks to reduce cycle times and accelerate value delivery to customers.
• Drive organizational readiness for new offerings, processes, and GTM motions by leading communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure program success, monitor execution, and provide visibility to executive leadership.
• Evolve AI operational processes, tools, and metrics to drive productivity, quality, and business unit success.
• Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity within commercial operations, go-to-market, or related fields.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Atlassian Solutions: Jira & Confluence.
• Process improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and operational scale.
• Motivated to improve, define goals, and help the team progress with minimal direction.
• Strong understanding of commercialization processes, GTM strategies, and technology-driven business models.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, change management, and operational process design.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMO frameworks, OKRs).

Travel

• Minimal travel will be required.
