For additional information, seewww.DAT.com/company This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office The Opportunity As a Contract Corporate Recruiter at DAT, you will serve as a strategic talent partner during a critical growth phase for North America's largest freight marketplace. In this temporary assignment reporting to the Director of Talent Ops, you will provide immediate recruiting expertise to support key hiring initiatives. You'll act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, delivering market intelligence, challenging conventional thinking, and building targeted strategies to attract exceptional, diverse talent. As the face of DAT to candidates, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to a seamless, transparent experience. This contract role offers the opportunity to make direct impact on DAT's scaling efforts and continued industry leadership in freight tech, while providing the flexibility and focused project work that contract assignments deliver.
