Pricing Process Specialist

Job Summary

This position will support clients by providing advanced analytical and technical services to identify and generate actionable business analyses and insights related to On-Invoice pricing. Leverage technology and systems capabilities to decrease cycle time for all critical tasks. Proactively partner with national and regional strategy partners to review sales decks to preempt and mitigate issues resulting from communication disconnects and system limitations. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and communicating findings resulting from research and analyses that enable pricing and revenue decisions in conjunction with price waterfall analytics. Manage development and execution of Bottler KBl's & SLA's. Acts as core SME for pricing-related data and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to make recommendations for changes to existing processes and future solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audit annual and promotional pricing in SAP.
  • Provide advanced pricing support, root cause analysis, and manage pricing escalations.
  • Identify and resolve price waterfall opportunities through business case development.
  • Communicate with Bottler RGM, senior finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with Bottlers, NAOU, and brand owner stakeholders.
  • Establish and communicate periodic KBI reporting.
  • Recommend innovative opportunities aligning with CCBSS/BSNA strategy.
  • Develop, publish, and manage SOPs and process documentation.
  • Supervise BPO pricing associates without a direct report relationship.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Key qualities to include self-directed, motivational, driven, innovative, and analytical
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (macros, Excel, VLOOKUP, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Power Platform experience preferred.
  • Advanced reporting experience preferred. Snowflake, Power BI, MVR
  • Act as process owner without direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to work remotely as needed, Internet access and telephone are required, as well as the ability to work flexible hours, as needed.

Education Requirements

Minimum: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance


Preferred: Masters

Years of Experience

  • 3+ years of financial/sales analysis work experience required
  • The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of financial and/or sales analysis experience in a consumer products company.

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role with weekly, in-office requirements of 1-3 days or more, andis subject to change depending on business needs.
