Human Resources Rotational Internship 2026

During our 10-week rotational internship, you will work closely with our Human Resources teams to gain a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of how Human Resources supports the business and our associates. Through structured rotations, you'll develop the foundational knowledge and practical skills that will prepare you for entry-level opportunities.

Our goal is to provide you with an immersive learning experience that not only deepens your understanding of financial services but also helps you discover where your interests and strengths align within Human Resources.

You will gain experience in the ares of:

• TALENT ACQUISITION: Gain an understanding of the recruiting process, and research trends and create social content for our JFG Careers social pages
• ASSOCIATE EXPERIENCE: Partner with the associate experience team to gain knowledge in communications, learning and development, and associate engagement activities. Be provided exposure to our diversity, equity, and inclusion plan and practices
• TOTAL REWARDS: Gain an understanding of the different components of Total Rewards including Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and Compensation

Our program also allows interns to experience the history of JFG and its surrounding communities.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Meet with our Executive Team during orientation and network with them throughout the summer.
• Attend a community volunteer event at the Hunger Task Force.
• Participate in the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge - a project that shows the true power of teamwork!

Qualifications:

• Seeking degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
• Junior standing preferred
