MUST:
Experienced Project Manager
Eligible for T4 level Public Trust
15+ years of professional experience working in management or lead capacity
Experience supporting strategic communication projects and programs in Federal of DoD space
Experience supporting DHS or Coast Guard clients
Proven ability to operate a highly matrix environment
Ability to provide high level coaching to members of the team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical
Current PMP certification
Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, media, or related field
DUTIES:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints
Candidate will help lead strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and serving as the primary liaison with federal stakeholders
Acting as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Serving as the single point of contact (POC) for all Contractor work performed under the PWS and any subsequent Call Order PWSs
Help government client identify correct messaging and strategic plan for delivering unified messages through all communication platforms
Help with the creation of communications plans, brochures, reports and ensure synergy in the messaging across all projects
Oversee, draft and edit communications plans, media strategies, correspondence, client memos and briefing documents, media pitches, social media content, website content, and other collateral to ensure client messaging is met
Coordinating all task participants and reviewing work products for completeness, quality, and compliance with customer
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Ensure timelines and deadlines are met
