Title:Risk Management Intern

Location: Lockport, LA

Position Overview:Bollinger is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedRisk Management Intern for a full-time, on-site summer internship at our Lockport facility. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business Management who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Review, organize, and verify accuracy of all data within the department to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Compare records and reports to identify discrepancies and assist with data correction or updates.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to risk assessments, compliance reports, and departmental tracking.
  • Support ongoing projects by collecting data, preparing summaries, and assisting with corrective actions.


Qualifications



  • Education: Currently a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, allowing students to develop industry-relevant skills, expand their professional network, and contribute meaningfully to Bollinger's Engineering department.
