We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Terminal Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse and container freight station. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a dedicated team to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely movement of goods, optimize facility performance, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Your Role: Lead, Optimize, Deliver Bringing precision, leadership, and teamwork to every operation. Operations Management - Direct daily terminal activities to ensure inbound and outbound freight operations are executed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Team Leadership - Supervise and develop warehouse personnel, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with Pasha's values. Process Efficiency - Establish and refine cargo handling procedures, work schedules, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and adapt to fluctuating volumes. Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and company safety policies; maintain complete and accurate documentation and safety records. Financial Oversight - Develop, manage, and control the terminal's annual operating budget, monitoring expenses, forecasts, and vendor costs to meet financial targets. Customer Service - Partner with internal teams and clients to address service issues promptly and deliver superior customer experiences. Equipment & Facility Maintenance - Oversee maintenance of forklifts, vehicles, and terminal equipment, ensuring compliance and readiness for all operational needs. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance inventory control, and improve accuracy in data and reporting systems. Talent Development - Mentor terminal staff for career growth, ensure training compliance, and maintain strong employee retention through leadership and engagement. What You Bring to the Team A drive for excellence, operational expertise, and a leadership mindset. Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; some related college-level coursework preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Licenses & Certifications - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; forklift certification required within 30 days of hire. Experience - 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Proven experience managing budgets and operational KPIs. Skills & Knowledge - Strong understanding of warehouse and container freight station operations. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems. Ability to operate a forklift and understand equipment maintenance standards. Why Join The Pasha Group? Working Environment This role requires work that may involve the following environmental conditions: Freight warehouse facility, office, outdoor yard and lot, and workshop settings, where hot, humid, cold, and other inclement weather conditions may occur.
